Damages and issues
Please contact us through contact box above immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can ensure a replacement.

Print and card orders are processed within 2-4 days and shipped through USPS, taking an estimated delivery of 2-7 days.

Email me through contact box above for birthday packaging and custom note. All orders come with a mini thank you card. All badges will come in a plastic sleeve and bow.
